The personal attention (ie regular phone calls from Account Manager) just to see how things are going. Also the email notifications sent when a truck has been assigned to the pick up as well as notification when the shipment has been delivered. Those are my top 2 things that make DSN irreplaceable in my opinion.
Personal & email communication on load status; the sense of urgency in securing trucks within requested time frame (and the success level at meeting those requests); relationship with the sales rep; reaction and follow-up to transit issues is also exceptional.
